About FraudNet

FraudNet operates a fraud, AML, and digital risk management platform for financial services and digital commerce enterprises worldwide. The cloud-born, patented AI platform helps organizations prevent fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes in real-time, while automating and augmenting customer onboarding and compliance workflows. FraudNet’s platform leverages collective intelligence derived from billions of transactions—totaling nearly a trillion dollars in value risk-assessed—a no-code/low-code architecture, natively integrated data and tools from over 50 leading third-party providers, and an advanced AI + rules-based decision engine. These technologies enable organizations to make smarter, faster, and more profitable decisions.

Role Overview

This role owns identification, design, rollout, and measurement of AI-enhanced operational workflows for FraudNet's fraud, AML, and risk operations teams. Engineering owns core platform implementation — you'll have dedicated engineering support to productionize your designs.

Your primary focus is internal operations: mapping current workflows, identifying where AI can reduce manual effort and improve accuracy, designing human-plus-AI processes, and measuring outcomes. As the practice matures, scope will expand to client-facing operational workflows.

This is a new function at FraudNet. You'll define the playbook, not inherit one. If you're energized by ambiguity and want to shape how AI transforms regulated operations from the ground up, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Process Design and Architecture

  • Map complex business processes in fraud detection, AML compliance, and risk management.
  • Design human-AI workflows where AI agents handle routine tasks while humans focus on high-value judgement calls.
  • Architect scalable systems that can grow from pilot programs to enterprise-wide deployments.
  • Document and standardize AI agent integration patterns for consistent implementation.

AI Agent Implementation

  • Deploy and configure AI agents (primarily Claude-based) for specific business processes.
  • Train and optimize AI agents to handle domain-specific fraud/AML scenarios.
  • Design feedback loops to continuously improve AI agent performance based on business outcomes.
  • Troubleshoot and refine AI agent behavior when processes don't perform as expected.

Operations Optimization

  • Analyze current workflows to identify opportunities for AI enhancement.
  • Measure and report on efficiency gains, cost savings, and quality improvements from AI implementations.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to rollout AI-enhanced processes across teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering to integrate AI agents with existing systems and databases.

Change Management & Training

  • Guide teams through AI adoption, addressing concerns and building confidence in new workflows.
  • Develop training materials for AI-enhanced processes and tools.
  • Champion best practices for human-AI collaboration across the organization.
  • Communicate results and recommendations to leadership through presentations and reports.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of business analysis or operations experience with a track record of complex workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with AI (especially Anthropic Claude, ChatGPT, or similar). This is core to the role, not a nice-to-have.
  • System design experience including process mapping, workflow architecture, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Business operations understanding with experience in process optimization, efficiency analysis, and performance measurement.
  • Project management skills with experience leading initiatives that span multiple teams and stakeholders.

Technical Skills

  • AI agent familiarity: comfortable working with AI systems, understanding their capabilities and limitations.
  • Process mapping: Experience with workflow design tools (Lucidchart, Miro, Visio) and methodologies.
  • Data analysis: SQL, Excel, and basic business intelligence tools for measuring process performance.
  • Documentation: Strong technical writing skills for process documentation and training materials.
  • Integration thinking: Understanding of how systems connect and data flows between applications.

Additional Skills

  • Industry certifications in business analysis, process improvement, or project management.
  • Technical background with software development or system implementation experience.
  • Startup experience with comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Fraud/AML domain knowledge or experience in financial services compliance.
  • Advanced AI knowledge including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or AI system architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Financial services, compliance, or risk management experience (ideal but not required).
  • Process automation experience with tools like Zapier, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
  • Consulting background with client-facing project delivery experience.
  • Change management experience helping teams adopt new technologies and processes.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • MBA preferred for senior-level candidates but not required with strong experience.

What We're Looking For (Beyond the Resume)

Mindset and Approach

  • Systems thinker who can see how individual processes fit into larger operational frameworks.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity – we're building something new, and not all answers exist yet.
  • Results-oriented with focus on measurable business impact rather than just process completion.
  • Collaborative with ability to work across technical and business teams.

Communication Style

  • Clear and concise when explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good listener who can understand business problems and translate them into process solutions.
  • Confident presenter comfortable sharing recommendations with senior leadership.
  • Patient teacher when training teams on new AI-enhanced workflows.
